  • Sign up at anytime.
  • 3-month commitment when you first sign up, then cancel at anytime with 30 days notice. You will still have membership for the rest of the month.
  • A non-refundable $35 processing/set-up fee included in your initial payment. 
  • All Wellness Members are required to have their credit card on file for automatic monthly payments.
  • This membership renews monthly until you cancel. Payment will be auto-drafted every 30 days from initial investment.
  • If your card on file declines and additional $35 service fee will be added to the next charge.
  • If you have unpaid dues, you must pay in full to schedule next reservation.
  • Roll-over sessions? Yes but ONLY up to 3 months.  Then the older services will expire automatically.
  • Only you (wellness member) can use the 5% discounts on other services and take home care products. They cannot be transferred to another person or turned into gift cards at this time. 
  • Service credits accrued cannot be transferred to another person or gift cards at this time.
  • Scheduling reservations: we highly suggest scheduling at least 2 weeks in advance or even setting up a standing reservation with your favorite service provider to ensure your desired date and time are met. You are not guaranteed a specific provider, time, or day of the week if you do not schedule in advance. 
  • If at anytime you desire to schedule a reservation that costs more than the service credit in your account, you will just pay the difference at the time of service. 
  • Cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • You chose to forfeit your reservation and service credit for the month if you do not comply with the 48-hour cancellation policy.
  • If you cancel late or no-show any reservations 3 times you will forfeit all membership rights and accrued services and your membership will be cancelled immediately with no refunds.
  • No refunds, no cash exchange.
  • Only one active membership per account holder at one time.
  • Wellness Membership rules are subject to change.
